"Very nice! Outside area is very dog friendly and the service was prompt. We had the cheesy marbles appetizer… delicious!! They also have a good beer selection, most of which are local or regional. If you’re a stout drinker, I strongly recommend The Temptress Imperial Milk Stout."

"Located in the same building with Buzz Brews Lakewood, live music was a nice touch and the fish was very good seasoned well and fried crispy. They were out of chips but substituted with potato skins, which worked out well. Mushy peas were delicious, will definitely be back."

"I ventured in last night to have a beer and fish and chips! I couldn’t believe that they had no British beer only local stuff Beer list was barely readable for my old eyes. Service was slow. Fish and chips disappointing. Not like one I’ve had in London and throughout England. Parking was tricky. I will try one more time encase it was a off night. But, no English beer! Come on Bob"

"What a great gem to have an authentic pub nestled in the Lakewood neighborhood of Dallas tx. We were there when they were testing a new recipe of fish and chips with smashed tallow peas . Arguable the best I ever had , Evan after a half hour the chips were delicious and the breading on the fish was still crispy with the succulent cod inside. The decor as they explained is a work in progress but I thought it was marvelous and had an warm world charm. I can’t wait to go back ."
