"What I was very bothered! And upset of. My son and his girlfriend had taken me for a snack on Valentines Day. As we were given our food they told us they will be closing in 5 minutes. And I had said awww let's go. We sat for at least 2 minutes. And a employee turned off the lights on us . .. what kinda business turns off the light on paying customers. They couldn't wait until we step out of the door.... what a day to remember"
"The place has a weird smell to it. DO NOT USE THE RESTROOM HERE! The restroom has the foulest smell ever. You can smell it as you enter the hall and it really hits you when you get to the back area. It made me sick. I didn't want my order after using the bathroom here. Which didn't matter because my order was wrong. When I tried to claim my order, the manager jumped in and was extremely rude. She said my order was confusing so they gave me what they thought I wanted. I asked why she didn't ask me to clarify my order. I asked for a blue coconut shaved ice. They gave me a coconada. She said I ordered a flavor of shaved ice they don't have. She said to them, shaved ice is the ice cream. I asked why they didn't say anything to me about my order. She said that wasn't her problem. When I asked if she could just get me a blue coconut raspa so I could leave, she finally gave in but "forgot" to tell me the raspa is less expensive than what they gave me. I had to ask if I owed them any more money or if they owed me money. Needless to say, I will not be giving them any business in the future."
"I ordered one hot Cheetos and cheese and one shaved ice. I waited over 40 minutes to get my order. No sense of urgency with the staff."
"Horrible. Horrible service. The female that works the register is flat out rude. She gets bothered and rolls her eyes when asked what toppings come on sundaes and banana splits. I only gave one star because the ice cream was decent. The corn in a cup was hard, my daughter took one spoonful and threw the rest out. Horrible experience. Do not recommend this establishment."
