Waffle House

"Finally. Some great service and food!! I don’t go out to eat much, I am so sick of paying for bad service and mediocre food. Understandably the restaurant industry seemed to really go down hill after the pandemic and high inflation. I really like breakfast food and couldn’t help but want to try this new Waffle House location since I was in the area. I was overjoyed and it really made my day going to this Waffle House. The moment I stepped through the door every thing was just perfect. This was the most cleanest Waffle House I have ever been in. The staff was excellent and made my family feel welcomed. They even gave my kids free stickers and paper hats while we waited for our food. The food was perfect and came out quickly. My hash browns weren’t soggy, they were crispy and delicious just as I had hoped they would be. The staff was very attentive and I didn’t have to hunt anyone down for refills on coffee. I will absolutely be back and I really hope that the staff keeps up the great work they’re doing. It may not seem like much but this perfect dinner really made my entire day. Thank you Waffle House staff!"

"If you go, try to sit at the bar overlooking the grill. They have 1 person grilling the meats, 1 person making the eggs, 1 person making toast and hash browns. Then there is a person holding all the orders yelling out what she needs. I've never seen anything like this. Usually they just slide the orders down a clip. How they pulled everything together and delivered exactly what we ordered is beyond me. Nothing fancy about the food but it was tasty. The service was very quick and friendly. Don't be put off if there is a wait. We were told 15-20 minutes. I thought there was no way with the people before us. But their estimate was correct."

"I am so hyped that I have a Waffle House in the neighborhood. They finally opened and had to go check it out. The food was 100 Waffle House. if you know you know. It was suspiciously clean and friendly but I’ll give it some time and come back at 1am instead of 7pm. looking forward to many meals here"

"I understand this place just opened. But I'm currently in disbelief that I'm crowning a Waffle House in this city with 5-stars. However, they absolutely deserve it. From the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left, multiple service members greeted us, asked us if we needed anything else, held the door open for us as we exited. The customer service was freakishly EXCELLENT. We were verbally greeted at the door and told what our expected wait time would be for a table. At Waffle House!!!!??? And the food - the reason I even dare risk stepping foot into a Waffle House - it was top notch!! They KNOW you're going to add butter and salt to your grits anyways, so they do it for you. They know you're going to butter your toast, so it comes pre-buttered. And they nailed it. I can ONLY have a meal this dang good if I cooked it myself! The atmosphere was also very welcoming and it was astoundingly clean. Whomever manages this place needs to reshape the entire business so that ALL Waffle Houses mirror it. But for the time being, this is the only Waffle House I will ever go-to now. This is MY Waffle House, I claim it and I love it. Thank you all so much for such a fantastic experience. I will be back again and again and again!"
