From the start, Bruce took the time to understand what I was looking for, what I needed and explained details I never knew to help me select the right tires and kit for my truck. It is clear Bruce highly values customer service. Once everything was picked out, Bruce was able to schedule me in quickly and had my truck back to me right on time as planned. Additionally, there was a hiccup at the start of the install on my side of things. However Bruce didn't hesitate to step in, offer to help and had things resolved in no time at all. "We wanted to add the Agile system to our Sprinter van to stabilize the ride and sway. Bruce did an amazing job on our van and got the system installed quickly. As an added benefit, he asked that we drive it for 500 miles, then bring it back so he could make sure the alignment was still stable. No charge. Now that's service!"
