Jaylon was friendly, helpful and did not try to oversell me. He listened to my requests and gave me advice on several options to find the best tire for me. Austin was wonderful, I couldn’t find the wheel lock and instead of going back home (over an hour drive, so trust me, it’s worth it), he was able to find a solution to the problem. The rest of the guys were kind, you can tell that they enjoy what they do and very approachable. Totally recommend TireLink to all Houstonians and its surrounding areas! Edit: My front passenger tire popped after about 10-20 minutes of driving while I was on 610 during rush hour traffic. Fortunately, I was on the left lane and able to get to the shoulder to avoid getting hit. I called them and they said to bring it back. FYI, the city of Houston has tow trucks that will tow you to safety for free and also change your tire if you have a spare. Unfortunately for me, my car and trunk was full of stuff as we just moved here so it was unreachable. It took about 3 hours of waiting for the tow truck to pick up my car. Good thing it took my car to their location and was almost ready by the time my husband and I arrived (he picked me up because it’s scary out there). I was told that the tire valve stem was installed incorrectly which made it popped out, causing the flat tire. I’m glad that I, along with the others on the road, were safe. They replaced my tire with a used one and had to go back the next day for the new one they ordered as they didn’t have it in stock. I guess what made the whole thing irritating was that I missed out on a whole day of work (I get paid per visit working in home health) and having to spend over 10 hours waiting and driving (I live is Sugar Land so it was quite a drive). Overall, I think the employees were nice and will come back again (but make sure that everything is installed properly before leaving)."
