"Store off Jaime Zapata road: Cashier rude and bad customer service. My husband went to go return an item for a bigger size due fit small on my daughter. The cashier went off saying that the item was used and that it had a wierd smell!! The item was never used and still had all its tags on. The item was kept in a plastic bag to be returned. She was making its big deal. All excuses and tactics used to avoid any exchanges or returns. better off buying at Casa Raul western wear better deals and more variety of things. I do not recommend Corral at all, Last time i buy from them...."
"Avoid online orders at all cost, not customer friendly and the return/exchange policy is horrendous. We ordered a pair of boots that did not fit correctly and they were of no help in returning. Restocking fee of 25% for an item that doesn't fit is outrageous, better off sticking to the big business stores that'll help you get the right size item."
"I had a good experience. Cinch pants are 50% off and some cinch long sleeves also 50% off. Salesman Alexis was a good help."
