"Don't use Tomball Ford Service Department. If you're taking your vehicle because it is a convenient location, don't. We dropped our truck off (we had an appointment) and we were told it would be 48 hours before we had a diagnosis. We dropped it off on a Wednesday at 11:00 am. By Friday, 11am, we had not heard from them. When WE reached out to them at 3:00 in the afternoon, we were told it would be MONDAY before the truck was even looked at. 120 hours NOT 48, and that didn't include time it would take to work on the truck. We are now out $267 for a rental for those hours that NOTHING was done when they had our truck. Read on, there are many many more reviews of the same. Find a different Ford service location."

"Worst experience ever at a service center Had to have a transmission overhaul on a Ford Edge with only 40 Thousand miles on it. Shame on Ford. Then it gets worse. Had my car for five weeks. Did not even look at it till end of week 4. My extended warranty did not kick in till we got a diagnosis and only paid 35.00 a day for 10 days If I had rented a car because of course they have no loaners it would have cost me over $ 2000.00. I will never buy another Ford. The problem I like the car but can’t depend on it or the service department. Going to trade it in Tomball Ford Service Department needs an Overhaul"

"Jason is the worst service advisor to deal with. I wasted a week not having my truck and my truck didn’t even get looked at. First they locked my keys inside and delayed the process then he lied about my truck needing a battery and claimed the truck could not get checked because he needed me to give them permission to install the new battery. I went and picked up my truck because i knew it was a lie went to get my battery tested and everything came out good with the battery cranking amps voltage everything. I have now been driving my truck for two days and the battery has not shown any signs of it needing to be replaced. What a waste of time and i will definitely never trust tomball ford again now i have to make time again and take it in to get it looked at at a diferente dealer ship."
