"Bath and Body Works is always an enjoyable experience for me whether I end up buying or I leave empty-handed. When I go to the mall, I see to it that I check out the store because there is always a sale, as low as 50% off. The fragrance of their body lotion, body mist, hand sanitizer, hand soap, candles is just delightful. Their pocketbac sanitizers are only 5 for $8. And the holders for the pocketbac are beautiful. I like the glittery silver holder the best! Jessica, the store manager, was kind to let me take photos of their merch. Thank you so much!"

"I love going to bath & body works but today was a terrible experience out of all the times I’ve been there. This cashier 1249102 was rude and didn’t approve my 20% off coupon with my purchase because today they had the sale of $3.50 each soap and she said “I can’t use my coupon with that discount because it’s already a discount” then I told her that I’ve done it many times since 2015 when I started shopping there. Then she proceeded to tell me in a rude way “sorry but I don’t make the rules if you scroll down the website it shows can’t be combined with any other coupons” which it has always worked! The only time my coupons never worked together where when I tried using the 20% off and the free item coupons together which is understandable but using 20% coupons in the store while there is a sale has always worked!"

"Bath and Body Works online returns policy indicates: “ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN OPTIONS We just want you to love it! Return anything, anytime for any reason. 100% Guaranteed.” However, I guess the cashier at Bath and Body Works at Mall Del Norte in Laredo,TX is not aware of this policy. This is the second time I try to return candles I purchased online, and return in-store. The cashier asked why I was returning, and I informed her I didn’t like the scent upon arrival. She asked if I had burned them and I replied I had not. She then states, “well let me see if I can make the return”. She then proceeds to tell me that I can only get store credit. I immediately asked why, but she doesn’t reply. She continues “checking” the system with a number she finds on my online receipt. She finally tells me she can refund me in cash, and proceeds to do so. This is extremely disappointing. The cashiers should be trained and made aware of their companies’ return policy. Now I will be reluctant to purchase any additional items from Bath and Body Works."
