I’ve been ordering clothing from Casa Raul that my local western clothiers don’t ever have in stock, and have been doing online business with them for 2 years. "UPDATE!! TERRIBLE customer service! After immediately sending proof of returning the incorrect item they sent me (with UPS tracking) as I was asked to do, they did NOT do as promised and send me my correct order. They have now told me that they couldn’t send out correct item or issue refund until the item is back in their possession. Placed order online, when I received, it was completely different item and size. I immediately called to let them know about the mistake. I was on hold for 15+ minutes before being disconnected. Called again, after being on hold additional time someone finally was able to help me. They will not send me correct item until I send proof of what I received being mailed back to them. This was due to be a Christmas gift on Saturday. Now I have to sit around and hope that they actually send me the correct item, and that it gets here on time. Do not have much hope as it took the wrong item (their screw up!) over a week to get here originally."

"Super unfortunate customer service experience. I ordered a sweater for my daughter on December 2 for Christmas. Today on December 18 I get a message that my card was refunded and the order cancelled. I called customer service to ask why in the world I was being told 16 days after I ordered that I was not getting the item. After investigating I was told that an employee incorrectly typed my email address on December 6th to send a note letting me know that the item was not available. Why are you not using an automated email system??? My email for order notifications, etc was coming through fine. Now I can't get this item that my daughter really wanted in time for Christmas because it is sold out everywhere. I won't be considering you again for any future business."

"Very Good service, as soon as I walked in someone walked up to me, to ask me if I need help.. I liked that they weren't pushy or following me at every step. He just stay close by in case I needed help. if I'm not mistaken the owners were there, THEY HONOR the wrong price they had posted online. VERY POLITE THE WAY THEY TOLD ME IT WAS WRONG BUT STILL GAVE ME THE PRICE THAT WAS POST..."

"I'm an online customer as I live in the middle of the mountains with no shopping. These super nice people were so helpful when I ordered the wrong size in two fleece tops. The exchange process was flawless. Not to mention the fleece tops I ordered are perfect. Not too hot and not too cold, so they breath. Found a new favorite store."
