"My online buying experience was disappointing. I was sent the wrong boot color. I immediately notified customer service. They said that colors can vary but the boot was clearly in the wrong box. I sent them back for a full refund and was told typical processing time is 3-7 business days. They took a 10% restocking fee. I am still waiting for a refund. Overall, Alma was not helpful and I do not recommend online sales. I will not be purchasing from Alfa Western Wear anymore."
"Ordered a pair of boots they arrived, size is wrong and not a true 9D. Had another order that was placed for another 2 pair. Have emailed the email about getting a refund before the order is shipped, shows processing on their website but the person that emailed me Alma, states they haven’t received payment. But confirmation from PayPal says that merchant has received money. Had to file a dispute with PayPal for a refund. Worst customer service ever!"
"I have worn these boots on maybe 4 occasions in 12 months. The boot is literally ripping on the side. I sent pictures and the company said they have been worn too much judging by the sole of the boot. I will never ever recommend this company. Marco Boots quality sucks!"

Now I will wait to receive them back and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family"
