"My husband I had loved coming here due to fast and straight to the point service. We recommended them to a friend to get all his groomsmen suits. Today was the day of return. I had my baby and two suits to return. I called once outside to get help for the suits but staff didn’t come out all though lady said they would be right out. A man came out but just went upstairs. I got my baby down and struggled to hold the door open and wheel him inside and the staff (a women and a man just stared other than help. Once inside the man said he could help with the suits. But I just did it myself since I figured I would be faster, baby was safe inside anyway. Regardless, service should be better. We are potential returning customers. The whole experience should be smooth."

"I had the misfortune of renting a tuxedo from this place, and I cannot emphasize enough how terrible the entire experience was. It was a complete nightmare from start to finish. First and foremost, the customer service was shockingly poor. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic knowledge about their own products. When I had questions about different styles and sizes, they provided vague and unhelpful answers, leaving me feeling confused and frustrated. The tuxedo itself was a disaster. It arrived wrinkled and in a sorry state. Despite their promise of a “perfect fit,” it was clear that no one bothered to tailor it properly. It was too long, too loose, and simply looked unprofessional. The worst part was when I tried to address these issues. Their return and exchange policy was nothing short of a nightmare. They were uncooperative and seemed more interested in shifting blame than resolving the problems they had created. Getting a refund was like pulling teeth, and even then, it felt like I had lost more time and money than I ever should have. I cannot stress this enough: avoid this tuxedo rental place at all costs. Their lack of professionalism, terrible customer service, and poor-quality products make it an experience I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for your formalwear needs. I hope this review helps others avoid the frustration and disappointment I endured."

"My family has been coming here for what would've been 3 generations, however, due to the lack of respect and service provided during our last visit cements the end of the honest and professional business Pichardo's used to be. We had experienced a lack of care and clear disrespect from the staff(looked like the manager)without any help from the owner being 5ft away. I would stay away if you expect any decency and professionalism from here."
