"My wife's family has been telling me for years to visit Dillon's for auto work. Finally, I listened, went for an oil change and alignment, and I did not regret it. I saved money on services that were costing me more elsewhere. They went above and beyond in servicing my vehicle. Tommy Dillon was my contact at the front desk. He was very friendly and estimated my service time accurately. He was happy to chat about the history of the family business, a conversation that was prompted by some neat memorabilia on the wall. I really got that family-connection home town feel that some folks love. As I said, the price for the oil change and wheel alignment were excellent for a full-service auto shop. My old 02' Mercury had a pesky driver side door squeak that was silent when I got back into my car. They said nothing about having fixed that. It wasn't on my bill. I did not tell them about it. They weren't looking for verbal gratitude for having silenced the squeaking door hinges. It's those small courtesies that separate one business from another these days. Excellent customer service. Very impressive 1st experience with these folks. I shall be returning."
