"It took an hour for an oil change after being told it was slow and I would be in and out. After oil change my car was parked outside service bay instead of bringing it around with key and paperwork. I had to go in and ask if I could get my car. I never left but they called to say my car was ready. The person helping with the payment answered the phone and never spoke to me while 2 or 3 other service people sat there. I had to go to service bay get my key out of the plastic sleeve and hand them their service paperwork."
