I have been in twice in the last 3 1/2 months and I'm blown away at the excellent customer service and great work. And no up-selling either. They just do what needs to be done and let you know all is well, or it's time to start thinking about getting "such and such" done. No pressure at all. The gentleman (I'm sorry I don't know his name) who runs the place and may very well own it too, is so nice and genuinely cares about his customers. I've worked in customer service for 35 years so I know what it looks like to take care of clients and make them feel comfortable. This place checks all the boxes. They are trustworthy, friendly, excellent at what they do when it comes to repairs and service and the place is so clean and nice.
