"My daughter's car needed an oil change. So I googled the closest service provider with good reviews. I pulled up to a clean, place of business and immediate friendly response of one of the technicians. "How ya doin today? What can I do for you?" I told him I needed an oil change. "I can take care of that for you. Would you like to wait in your car or wait inside?" he asked. I decided to wait in their Waiting Room which was stocked with free coffee. Not the kind that was made earlier that day and was old, but the one cup coffee pods you can make up fresh. Took note of that. But what got my attention was the technician opened the door for me. Southern hospitality! The bathroom was clean. It didn't take long for them to change the oil, check the fluids, etc. He showed me how dirty my filters were and gave me the price to replace them. No pressure, just informing me and letting me make the decision. Preciated that. Nobody likes sales pressure. I felt like a priority to them. It was a good price, clean business with free coffee, quick service done with friendliness. My car was waiting out front. And guess what? He opened the door for me! That's how ya do business."

"Great place. Didn’t bring enough oil for oil change charged me $10 for a quart bottle but then gave me $5 discount since it didn’t take the whole quart bottle. That’s integrity. Small things like this speaks volume about business practice of this place."

"Great service! Wanted to have my battery tested, the auto parts store said battery is good but alternator is bad. Another national chain said I need to replace the battery. Took to Express, Brian tested the battery and alternator and told me both are in good condition. No need to replace either at this time. Saved me hundreds of dollars! Thank you Brian."
