"Updated: this was not my original comment, but I did change the comment based on the fact that they fixed the issue : Denton location: 9 Months ago My husband Bought 2 sets of rims & tires for our vehicles, we did finance them (now paid off) & had them put on as scheduled, I went from a 19” to a 20” tire & rims ,the other vehicle went from a 17 “ to a 22” . After they put them on I had to take my car back multiple times over a 4 month period due to an issue with one of my sensors not working properly/at all, however even though we did have to take it back up there multiple times, and after Andrew Manager/owner reaching out two or three times about fixing the issue with my sensor, the issue has been fixed and my sensor has been working just fine since they replaced it 3 weeks ago !!!! I appreciate them for fixing the problem without have to pay additional fees and taking accountability."

"I have done business here for years. I have six personal vehicles four trailers and multiple company trucks. I will never go here again. Place went WAY down hill after previous manager “ Johnny “ left. I recently reordered a set of tires only. Instead of ordering the same tire as I requested, they orders a smaller tire for more money??? I get home and notice that the tire is much different, call the manager who says “ I understand and said he would make it right” he told me we had 30 days to swap for correct tires. When I called back to schedule everything changed. The kid in the phone started rattling off charges, probably in hopes to get me to go away. He was successful. There are many other tire places very near by. Save yourself the headache and go anyway else."
