"Called and told them I was coming from San Antonio to Laredo to do wheel alignment and oil change and they said come on no problem. Wife drop the car off at 10:30am go back after 1 n they say they all was done was oil change and give a excuse. Wasted my time cause now I’m in San Antonio with no ride home cause they held the car forever and didn’t do the main thing we asked them to do."
