"An absolute beautiful remodel! Long overdue! Thank you! The reason for the 1 star is because I am a expedite American van driver who is respectful of the area I park at. But to see this huge parking area, with more car parking spaces than average, I am offended that they have " no van parking" signs posted everywhere. Is the over $30,000 spent exclusively yearly in gas not good enough for the Flying Pilot corporation?..."

"The worst customer service i have ever experienced. even the manager is the worst. i would advise to all my trucks not to use there service at all . if you are in the Area go To TA cross the street i would encourage others company to do so . poor service at all . the manager is rude to the max . if there was a zero star i will give it to this truck stop ."

"I pulled into your pilot on 2-23-24 and filled up with fuel. I proceeded to ask Manager on duty if ok to get some sleep where other trucks were sleeping. He said if others are out there parked it's fine. As I'm preparing my sleeper , security guard walks up and knocks on everyone's door and kicks everyone out of parking lot. With that said Pilot recognizes me and all the other truck drivers there as Profesional OTR truck drivers. With that said where is the respect for us . Why cant we get some much needed sleep at your store. If you're not gonna allow truck drivers to sleep in your parking lot , then just put a big sign up saying no overnight sleeping for truck drivers. It's not hard at least we won't be awoke out of a good sleep after driving 7- 800 miles that day."

"The employees Juan and Briana are the best. my co driver and I had a long day out on the road and we were interested in purchasing a shower and since we were staying overnight we didn't mind the wait. But Juan and Briana provided us with free showers for the night. It's very comforting to know that there are good hearted people in this mad world of ours. Merry Xmas and happy New years to you both I will return to this location next time I'm in South Texas. YEEHAW!!!"
