"This was my wife's and my first time trying Poke Bowls! They were delicious. The owner took us in, showed us around, and helped us to order. And it was also the best Miso soup I've had in my life! I've never been one to beat about Miso, but Below 40 has the best! It was a great experience and we will certainly return!"

"This is my favorite poke restaurant in Carrollton, and I have been coming here ever since I moved to Dallas in 2020. The staff here is super friendly and always provides a very warm welcome when coming into the restaurant. Their poke bowls are amazing and I always order the B40 Island bowl. I've never been disappointed with their food or service. Give it a try if you're a fan of Poke bowls!"
"The restaurant is large and cozy. I had the recommended poke bowl. After paying, the staff brought me a bowl of miso soup. It didn’t take long time before she returned with my poke bowl. The portion was generous, with plenty of salad piled on the top. I was surprised to find at the bottom a thin layer of sticky rice. All in all it was a good meal and very filling."
