"I ordered Pizza Hut bc I wanted cinnamon sticks, but boy do I regret ordering pizza! It was horrible! Thin crust pepperoni and bacon and it was cold....tasted like it had been sitting for a minute, took over 45 min to get it from a 5 min drive away, and cost way too much!!! I always order Dominoes bc they are FAST, have multiple coupons for anything, AND TASTE GREAT! Never pizza hut again!"
"I came in around 1pm today asked if they had any deals the lady working the counter was extremely rude, She seemed agitated that I wanted to order! Horrible service I left and went to Dominos like I initially wanted but stopped by because they were closer! I called to get the managers info to report the horrible service and the lady hung up in my face! Never Again!! Staff is lazyyyyyyy!!!"
"Asked for extra sauce and got NO sauce. Pizza was supposed to come with 3 toppings and they only got one topping. Was supposed to be a personal pan and was just regular crust. I think it's under new management ot something. They used to atleast get the order right now it must be run by idiots."
"Ordered a pizza at 6:15pm app said 30-40 minutes to arrive. I called at 7:15 an hour later for them to say that they were low on car drivers and that my pizza was supposed to be up next that it would take an additional 10 to 15 minutes for them to pick it up and bring it to my house. I asked if they could refund my delivery money if I would go and pick it up and all of a sudden they said that the pizza was out on its way and it would take 8 to 10 minutes to be at my house. Spoke to the manager she sounded like she had no care Whatsoever. Overall horrible customer, service, and time management."
"Ordered pizza online just so they can deliver it 30 minutes late after their online store showed they were closed. Tried calling the store several time and answer machine said their were closed. I had already went ahead and ordered from Papa John’s and spend more money. The pizza delivered looked like it had been tampered with or a piece was missing. They finally answered and try offering store credit for a place I will never order from. The manager on duty asked for me to take the pizza back for a refund or could just give store credit and hung up. What kind of service is this place providing!! Calling corporate for sure."
