"I don't know who they have working here or preparing the pizzas if it's someone that isn't fully trained very disappointing you can't trust or have the confidence that the pizza will be cooked correctly all the way. My pizza was not cut all the way through and the pizza was cold and wasn't cooked well at all. The pizza was sticking to the box so they didn't use enough dough or sauce it was just a terrible experience. Do better service like this shouldn't be in Carrollton Tx"

"This locations been a little up and down over the past 5 years, but lately, we've really had great experiences. Today we ordered from Trevor, and he was both enthusiastic and seemed to really care. They were out of ham, which is a bummer, but Trevor said, 'tell me what else I can put on that pizza to make it right'. It's just a rare commodity to find someone in front line restaurant or retail that puts in the effort to care and create a win - win situation. We'll keep choosing this store over the belt line store. (for the record, the answer is bacon. Bacon and pineapple)."

"We use to love this place, I think this store have a new owner, number one problem the store have a bunch of Young Kids working, I walk in they notice that i am there they just ignore Me, number 2 this place is filthy nasty, look at the pictures specially the one for the hand sanitizer dispenser!!!!! Number 3 problem they don’t offer crusted pepper, and Parmesan cheese!! Cheap much?? We will never order from this place ever again, I will never recommend this Restaurant! I’m sure someone is going to get seek pretty sun, I hope the heath department comes and closed this place for good……"

"I went there Halloween night and it was very busy but the workers were working very hard to keep up with demand. Pizza was OK. They have an interesting concept where when you order in advance you’re given a code and when you get there the pizza is waiting in a warming oven for you."
