"One employee was very helpful and offered to order a pair of shoes that was out of stock for us, and she was perfectly friendly and engaged. That's the end of the good. Another employee was dancing and laughing when we entered. We told him hello. He ignored us. Very few seats to try on shoes, messy floors with all sorts of grass and lint. It was pretty gross. Store felt dark and dusty. Weird experience. More like the backroom than the rack room."
"Rack Room Shoes in Pflugerville has a nice selection of shoes for the entire family. The store is clean and the staff is courteous. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because you cannot always find the size you need, however the selection is good enough that you can find a comparable shoe for a good price. Also, the frequently run "buy one get one half off" sales, which is helpful for families."
