"This store just lost my business for ever. I had a return and yes I lost the receipt but I went in asking for them to scan my card so I can get an equal exchange or credit. I was told they had a new system so I could exchange or get store credit only, this was ok since I just needeed a different size. When I went to the cashier, I was told the item was scanning at $25 below what I paid and since their new system didnt allow for them to check my card, I had to pay the difference. This meant they literally wanted me to pay them $25 dollars more to exchange the item because they couldn't check my card transaction history, making the total cost for these jeans almost $80 dollars. They cost $54! to wear around the house? lol. Why would anyone ever do that? I would rather give it away, they have the price tag and all. I'm never going back. What is wrong with them? It is not a good time to lose business but I guess they don't care."
"Laura was so nice and very helpful the other day! It was my first time at Maurices and she made me feel right at home. I love all the clothes here, lord knows I took half the store into the changing room with me! Very awesome experience and would definitely recommend to a friend."
