"This place is a disaster! I walked in to about 30 people in line waiting to check out. I made a comment while walking in to someone on the phone about the long line. Manager heard me and told me to come back another day. Really? I was not even talking to you. How about helping my hoping on a register! This store has been going downhill for some time now. That’s too bad."

"I've shopped at so many Ross stores through the years and love them!!! However, this particular Ross seems larger than most of their stores and has so much more inventory! I was so happily surprised when I had to find deco and artwork for a client in the area and bought at least 3 shopping carts full! My client is from out of town and needed toothpaste, and they had it there! While waiting in line, I noticed a couple had a wall mounted Super Pac Mac machine in their cart. WOW! LOVE this store and the employees are super helpful. Alosandra helped check me out at the register and she was very helpful and sweet. LOVE ME SOME ROSS!"

"I used to work here the main reason why the store is a mess like everyone says is because if the customers. The store is always short staffed it doesnt help trying to have 4 people clean up after 800. Mean while all the customers are undoing all the cleaning you do just to turn around and complain how bad the store is. Take those complaints to corporate cause the employees there have no control over being short staffed and over worked because ross corporate doesnt wanna pay to put another employee on the clock. If you want a clean store do yourself and the employees a favor and just clean up after yourself. You cant let you child knock down a whole aisle then complain that its messy. Another thing is its always adults that act that way. When i worked here the young adults and teens picked up after themselves better than the adults did. If only you guys can see how some of yall act. One lady changed her babies diaper im the middle of the store on our pillows that she didnt purchase yet. Leaving bio matter on it. That’s just ome basic example. Cut these employees some slack and human decency. They are only told what to do we dont make the rules. We show up and do the best of our abilities just like everyone else at their jobs. Just remember its usually 4 vs 800+"

"Retail therapy.. you some beauty home decor at great prices. I’ve recently moved to a new apartment and been making trips to Ross, Marshall’s and TJ MAXx. Love their home decor and you find some really cute furniture too."

"I feel bad for the employees. The store owners must be cutting hours and hires to allow the store to be completely run down and making workers only work the registers. About one third of the merchandise was on the ground. Every single aisle was a complete disaster. I have been shopping at this location for several years and the store has been this way for at least the last year. Dirty, messy and disorganized. Tripping hazards are a huge liability and this store is on the verge of getting someone severely hurt. As you can see in the image, the rug section could not even be accessible. This photo was taken on a Monday early afternoon. Completely unacceptable. Horrible experience."
