"I've been in this store a few times with my last visit being in September. The staff have been rude every single time. They won't even say hello and the last time I went in I waited at the counter to purchase some jewelry while the employee chatted away with another customer. I didn't expect her to immediately stop her convo but she made clear to me that I was a bother. I like the selection but I won't be back. Hopefully the staff can work on customer service."

"I’ve ordered clothing from “Flamingo” under this company. If you purchase clothing from this company and don’t like the items or they don’t fit they make it very difficult to return! You have to take pictures of the clothing proving the labels are still on. Then they don’t send you a return label and you have to pay through the post office to send it back. In my case it cost me $12.50 to return 2 pairs of jeans. Not a fan of their return policies"
