"First time visit, not coming back. All the employees at this location seem really unhappy, they have bothered faces and they are not welcoming or polite. They also messed up our order and they were not helpful to fix it. Food was not good. If you are craving a sandwich Subway is the place to go!"
"Don't bother asking for a giant sandwich from here after about 6:40 or so... They ripped the bread out of damn near every sandwich there... when its supposed to be left in on giants, and any number higher than a 9 on the menu... I used to work at jimmy johns in bee cave... It is day one knowledge... Train the people better..."
"I love this location so much. I like to do mobile orders and they always have my order ready so fast! I’ve never had to wait after arriving. They always get my order right too, which is even more important. Definitely my favorite sandwich place!"
"Last time I'll ever order from this location, usually JJ is pretty solid but this store is a joke. They never have staff to deliver but are always willing to take your delivery orders then ask you to pick it up, completely unacceptable. Then the store manager is an absolute joke in regards to customer service, absolutely unwilling to help or assist in any form or fashion. Do better Jimmy Johns, Jersey Mikes up the road just won all my business."
