"I keep forgetting to write this review before I forgot. On tues. morning around 9am Dec 12 2023 I was passing through Kyle from oklahoma on my way down to the valley. I had been having problems recently with my engine hesitating to start. I didnt think it was the battery at 1st because I had jus had my battery replaced 1 year earlier at Firestone. Anyway, that morning I took it to Firestone in Kyle but they said they couldnt even look at it until the next day but I could take it to Autozone and they could diagnose it for me. I took it to Autozone and they hooked up the diagnostic machine to it and the tech said " Its not your battery, its your alternator" I was like well hell, thats gonna be expensive. I almost had a mobile mechanic that the Autozone tech recommended come replace it for $700 or something like that. I decided to chance it and drive it down to Brownsville as I needed to get there for a family emergency. I took it to the Honda dealer and guess what? All it needed was a new battery..Soooo therefore I have to give 1 star here for almost costing me almost a grand in unnecessary repairs..You should either use updated diagnostic equipment ot train your sevice guys better on how to use them....thanks"

On my recent visit and on previous ones, I have an opportunity to be taken care of my auto needs with a young lady by the name Rachel. She is not only knowledgeable, but has caring attitude about her work. She is definitely an asset to Auto Zone."

"Shout out to your employee Anthony V. He was so helpful and was able to change my battery out in minutes. I wasn’t there for more than 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Great store with great employees."

"I placed an online order, and per the instructions, I needed to wait for an email, before proceeding to pick up my item. I waited a couple of hours. I had not received an email so, I called the store. I spoke to George, he puts me on hold. Then he comes back and tells me a second time, that they have it in stock. Then he says,”you’ll get your email in a couple of seconds.” My concern is, if I had not called, I wouldn’t have gotten an email. This was my first time using their service, and most of the time, I choose O’Reilys their competitor because, they have much better customer service. In the future, I will stick with O’Reily because, there really is no difference with price since, you get what you pay for!"
