"Get in here for your Pho fix in the heart of suburbia. Bahn mi is fresh loaf and tasty fillings and For some reason they also have a lot of wine…"

"This was good the first time we dined in. Tonight we placed an order to go. The egg rolls were inedible secondary to being burned severely. The pho was good, but I wasn’t given enough broth to cover the noodles, chicken, and veggies. At the end of the day I would go again, I just expected more. Please address the fact that someone knowingly put these burned egg rolls (that should be below your standard) in my to go box. I made an attempt to take one bite but spit out the egg roll as it only tasted like char."

"TLDR food is good but a little pricey especially considering the portions are so small you need to order two sandwiches. It's a shame the banh mi is so empty because otherwise would be a great sandwich. Good flavor. But literally 1 oz of meat. Actually insulting. And I'm still hungry. If you don't want to spend the money on meat at the least feel the sandwich with some extra veg. As it is it's basically a cracker all bread. I suspect if I weighed your sandwich versus the one at pjhorever diner would be literally less than half the weight for the same price. Pho soup here was good. Little bit light on on beef. Service was fine. Confusing how you guys take the order at the table and bring the food to the table but then won't bring the check. If you're going to do service do the full service so I can tip you fully."

"Last dined: 11/24/2023 Ordered: -Spring Roll w/Grilled Pork -Fried Pork Dumplings -Vietnamese Chicken Wings -Pho Filet Mignon -Pho Special Combination -Vegetarian Spring Rolls -Miso Soup ---Quite a bit of food--- Let me first preface this review by saying that I've eaten at this establishment at least 20 times before (sometimes twice in the same week) and have never had a bad experience. But last night's experience - at least in regards to the food - was not what I've become accustomed to with this restaurant. What's worse is that I've bragged about this place to my family and brought my mother for the first time... and we were disappointed. ----------------------------------------------------------- The first thing that came out was the fried dumplings and the spring rolls. The dumplings were over fried. Their consistency was like an over fried empanada rather than the light crispy goyoza/yakimandu dumplings. Maybe they changed brands. The bed of lettuce that the dumplings were on also looked like the lettuce had been sitting out a while and started to turn brown. The Vietnamese chicken wings were similarly overfried and sitting on browning lettuce. I'm not trying to be picky here but spring rolls usually have about an even spread of vegetables, noodles, and meat. Not all places use all the same vegetables but it's usually pretty evenly spread. Tonight, there were noodles, a sprig of cilantro - or something green, and some meat. It was mostly noodles and not worth the money. The Pho - which is usually served pretty hot and in a decent proportion, was just barely steaming and it was like 1.5in from the top of the bowl - which these bowls are already smaller than almost every other Vietnamese restaurant which generally offer a large and small size. I generally don't complain because my bowl is usually filled closer to within an inch of the top. The other thing I noticed that was different today was the vegetables. Again, they were browning and generally looked like they had been sitting out quite a while. My mom did not complain about her miso soup. Overall, I'm giving 3 stars because maybe the owners were on holiday or maybe it was the end of the night or something and usually when I come in for lunch, my meal is hot and on point. It was just both literally and figuratively night and day from what I've come to expect from PhoMPH which I know is a higher standard. I'll be back and I'm hoping it's not more of the same. Georgetown needs to keep a wide variety of restaurants besides the standard fast food and with the growth, there's potential for this place to really blow up."
