"Came here just a few minutes ago. They still have an hour left before closing and they did not restock any of their ingredients. They were not even apologetic for this and I felt treated like an inconvenience to the staff. The picture attached is my $10 meal. A sad experience with chipotle."
"we ordered delivery about an hour before close and what we received was a joke. if you’ve ever eaten a chipotle bowl you know they’re usually packed full, what we got was barely halfway filled. not only did we get a comically small portion they also forgot to put chicken in the chicken burrito bowl and put maybe 5 pieces of lettuce in the salad bowl. I ordered fajita veggies in mine and got 3 pieces of veggies, my husband had corn in his when he didn’t order that. they gave my daughter the wrong beverage. oh and everything was ice cold."
"Although the food is decent. The atmosphere here is very bad, extremely messy. The place is so big I think around 142 max capacity but the staff is very less. No one cares about the cleanliness very sad to see a chipotle location not being maintained clean."
"The staff are literally kids- and I mean very immature. They’re rolling their eyes at the mobile pickup line customers ignoring all of their orders and laughing about it too. I placed my order at 9:15pm with a notification saying it was ready at 9:25pm (location closed at 10pm) And did not get my food until 10:05pm. There was only 5 people in line and 6 mobile customers who had been waiting longer than me. Trust me, some of us would rather not deal with y’all either, that is why I place online orders. At this point just have chipotle robots seriously if the staff is going to be THAT bad. Also rotten ingredients -1 Stars."
"These are supposed to be two full sized burrito bowls. We paid $9 a piece for this. This was a mobile order, so imagine my surprise when I unpack it and feel how extremely light these burrito bowls are. Then we open them and realize the food doesn’t even fill the bottom of the container! Pathetic. Will not be going back to this location. The restaurant was also dirty and my order was late but this teeny tiny portion sent me over the edge. So now here’s your honest review."
