"They got my order wrong! I clearly said in the drive-thru I wanted fried rice! Yet, they had the nerve to pretend I ordered to white rice instead because they wanted to save themselves money since white rice is cheaper than fried rice! Either the workers have bad hearing or are purposefully delivering wrong orders to cut costs! Either way, Panda Express should be ashamed of themselves for not listening to their customers more carefully. I will never eat here again!"
"Food is and was HORRIBLE!! Mold on this chicken Egg roll which they forgot to put in my bag."
"I went earlier & got broccoli & beef, the beef was disgusting, tasted burnt and my broccoli had no sauce almost raw is what it tasted like. I tried to eat it but eventually the beef made my rice taste the same way too, when I asked if I could get sauce instead to be respectful and not ask for a replacement since I did try to eat some already, I was told no. It was the manager as well who didn’t even offer a solution. It was during my lunch hour so I had no time to sit there and go back and forth w her. Overall disappointed for what I received & how much it was. Ended up throwing away more than half my meal."
"Tried the other location (league city), this one is by far the best. Seems this one had more flavor to their food. Definitely worth a stop, this was also my first time eating panda express. After stopping here I went to the league City location 2 days later."
