"I care deeply about the food I eat. I’ve tried a vegan lifestyle and hated it. It withered me down from 200 pounds of muscle to 157 like I was 16 again. Now I eat much more carnivorously and feel great! Not only are Amarilis’ meat dishes exquisite, but she even got me to enjoy vegetable dishes and, *somehow*, vegan dishes too. Her dish “cielo y terra” (heaven and earth) is not only delicious but also very meaningful. You can tell she puts love into her culinary creations. 10/10 would recommend!"
