"For a Manor-based business, the service here has been pretty good. They forgot something in my 2nd order there and I was overcharged as a result. But overall, it's a nightmare to order from the other fast food places in Manor as the staff just doesn't give a damn. This one is different and they seem to care enough to try getting orders right and make sure the customer has what they need."

"I've always came here and the time I do come no problem now today I went and I found hair in my food while I was eating my food its a blond and brownish curly hair. Earlier when I was looking the cooks and also the person that is bagging my food / putting food in bags is not wearing a hair cover so hair won't fall in food. I am beyond disgusted I gave my pregnant friend some food i am sick to my stomach I called the store 3x still no answer or call back very disappointed"

"Just drive to Austin or lockhart. The food already sucks here and to have bad service is the cherry on top. The person who was working the window tonight 12/30/23 7pm was rude and short. The place was dead and she wasn’t even busy to were she had to have the attitude. We were told we couldn’t get anything added to our sundae, when every other DQ does. I’m glad we drove off and didn’t get anything. But we drove to an Austin Mayfield location and they gave us what we wanted. Great service and a loaded sundae!"

"I ordered a bacon cheese burger and I asked for mayo only! I get home and the burger is loaded with mustard I about threw up! The receipt even stated “mayo only !” Wth smh ! I called and called yet no one picked up. I will never come here again !"

"Very busy location at 8 pm on a Sunday night. Several people were waiting for pick-up orders. The young man (and only one) at the register was working his tail off! The food was very fresh & delicious. I had the Kid's burger meal. You have to ask for the dessert included. Our food was hot, but there was no communication on the Blizzard my son ordered, which came later. Don't forget to ask for napkins and ketchup. The dispensers were empty. Before we left, I went to the register and asked for the Kid's meal dessert. A choice of a dilly bar, small soft serve cone, or a DQ ice cream sandwich. Dilly bar dee-licious! The dining area was clean and not crowded. There were two flat-screen tvs with two different channels on them. Both family friendly. Recommend!"
