"I enjoy Chipotle for a quick meal every now and again. I have tried this location a few times and placed orders online only to have been given incorrect items. The ingredients taste like they have been sitting out for a while. Would not recommend this location. To there credit I contacted online support for the incorrect items I received and got a credit. When I have tried to eat at their location it didn’t seem particularly clean."
"Would not recommend ever getting an online order from this location. It never fails to be wrong, or just frozen by time the order arrives. Not to mention the “seal” of the sticker is always undone when the food is dropped off at my door. I frequently have to report my order to chipotle directly and they always say they will let the store know but nothing changes. Portions are wrong, burritos aren’t ever wrapped properly, and constant missing ingredients! Whoever is in charge of doing to-go orders needs to be trained again."
"Smaller establishment than some others I've been in. Isles are compact, so when someone passes by you they seem a little closer than you would like them to be. The cooks and the line staff are amazing and patient! Hopefully one day they will be able to expand this spot so patrons have a little more foom to breathe."
"The manager here needs to order more chips I’m no longer coming to this location I came here a about 3-4 weeks ago and ordered chips and queso I got home to see there was no chips and queso in my bag with my food they said they don’t have any chips but to call 1800 for a refund I said no worries and just accepted I won’t get money and chips things happen . I come here today I get my food because I order it on the app and I opened the bag in front of them because yes I ordered chips and queso and guess what no chips so I ask and they give me the same thing call 1800 . The least you can do since you’re not ordering chips for the store is at least let me know hey sorry we’re out of chips instead of me having to ask for my food I payed for."
