KFC

"Waited at drive thru.menu 9 minutes. After ordering and paying at window, we were told to please pull forward (because they had just had rush of door dash orders, so the chicken wraps would be a while to make.I found this out after waiting another 12 minutes, I go out to go inside and ask what was taking so long.) I asked for a manager to speak to, and a lady came out and I explained my dissatisfaction at the wait time, and not being informed about kitchen back up of wrap orders until I inquired. She excused her self and another male in a greasy clear apron came out,; his name was Willie he said. He told me he was the manager. He was unconcerned when I inquired about service and a long wait. He said I can't give free food every time somebody has to wait a long time. I asked for corporate number to complain, he went in back, scribbled down a number on post it , handed it to me and walked off. The chicken wraps were 50% smaller than the ones advertised on the menu, but they were delicious.I won't be going back to this location because that first experience set the bar too low for me."

"I placed a mobile order at 8:00pm for pickup at 9:30pm. I pulled up to the drive-thru at around 9:23pm. They said they had no chicken made and were about to close."

"They don't list prices of a la carte items on the menu so didn't realize I was paying $6.29 for 3 skimpy chicken tenders and nothing else. Tried to submit feedback on their website, which was impossible. On mobile, could not select a city or restaurant (drop down menu listed no options in the state of Texas). Desktop page had 404 error lol did not even exist. KFC should've died off by now, kinda crazy."

"We hadn't ordered from KFC in many, many years because we much prefer Popeyes BUT we were curious about the KFC sandwich. Okay, it may not be a Popeyes chicken sandwich but It. Was. GOOD. We have since ordered several times in the past month or so. Their tenders with mashed potatoes are great. They can keep their bone I chicken though. It is wack. Special kudos to the location in Old Pearland for safety sealing the drinks & providing wet wipes!"

"Have always preferred KFC over the other chicken places....until today. Ordered a 4 piece meal, came home to enjoy my lunch. Opened the box and to my dismay, the chicken was dark, unlike its usual caramel color. The chicken coating was not only dark, but tasted bitter, like old oil or cooking too long. The meat was tough and dry. So disappointing!! Called 5 times, no answer. I didn't feel like driving all the way back, so the dogs had a nice meal. I have never had such a ordeal with KFC. SADLY DISGUSTED!"
