"This location seems overly busy but the techs don’t really care about your car or giving good customer service. They quoted me a more expensive tire that they had in stock rather than order a less expensive tire, which I found on their website. They didn’t bother to show or explain the invoice or even tell me the amount, I had to ask, nor offer me a printed invoice. But the car was ready at the time I requested."

"What terrible service at this location. I've had several issues every time I come to this Firestone. Including alignment not being done. Tire rotation not being done. Both if which I requested to have done on multiple occasions. Today I was told it would take 2 hours to replace One tire. I gave them 6 hrs and my car hadn't even made it in to get looked at. Never coming back! Go anywhere else!"
"Got new TPMS installed, but I didn't want a mount and balance. So now there are cut valves bouncing around inside the passenger tires. If I was told those tires had to come off all the way, I would have paid the extra money. Edit: I brought new TPMS valves/sensors to be installed today. The noise I heard was not old valves, but broken new parts. I didn't want to argue about whether this was a parts or an install error. I just wanted a functional system. My new valves have been installed. Concern resolved"
