"Never going to a five guys ever again. Wow, What a horrible experience. Literally no one in the restaurant. Waited 30 minutes for a burger and shake. They forgot the shake. And they completely forgot to make my friends entire order. We ended up waiting 45 minutes. My food was cold by the time my friend got his. The staff here is soooooo bad. Horrible horrible horrible."
"$25 for 2 Little burgers and 1 small fries, the burgers weren't even cooked through and the fries were so salty they were not even edible. I have just read through past reviews with very similar comments especially on the over salted fries, so obvious nobody cares what the customers are saying about the food and why they're never going back. We definitely will never be back. $25 down the drain, very disappointing"
"I think by now everyone knows what to expect at Five Guys. The Round Rock location is consistent, clean and dependable. This time I got a little cheeseburger with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and A1. I enjoyed it. Free peanuts are a nice touch. The fry portions are huge."
