"The food is generally what is expected. It hasn't come sloppy or "contaminated" with other ingredients not in my order so this is a good thing. Service is usually timely and accurate. It's hit or miss on being adequately staffed which has unfortunately been common in the area since covid. I haven't been inside in quite a while as the last few times (months ago) I was there the dining room was closed (presumably due to lack of staff). Other times the floor was pretty greasy even if it was swept and tidy. I can only think back to my own days as a teenager a few decades ago working various food venues and this was always a priority for us. I'd stick to the drive through if you can."
"I've gone here for lunch for about 3 times a month for a year now. It's near my job and I can always rely on the food to be hot, coffee to be available and staff to be friendly and polite. I think Jack in the Box gets a bad reputation for some reason, but this location is great."

"This Jack in the Box is by far the best Jack in the box I have ever been too! The food was so fresh. The tacos were crisp and full of flavor and the chicken sandwich was juicy and cooked to perfection! I have been to several other locations but this tops them all!"
"Although the shake that i got was good but i asked the employee that was working the window at the time for a cup of water , he was very polite.When i got the cup of water my sister pointed out the color from the outside we open the cup of supposed to be water and looked like dirty water.Glad no one drank it.i asked the employee would he drink that kind of water he proceeded to say yes.i ask him to open it and he stated “oh it’s probably just some soda in there i’m sorry the filter hasn’t been changed, ill get you a new one”This is not okay!"
