"Found this little food truck off of I-35 and it didn’t miss. Such an authentic Cuban experience from the familiar customer service to the food and drinks offered. Tried the minuta and it was fried fresh as well as the pork sandwich which was seasoned with a chefs kiss. Will most definitely recommend La Perla Del Sur and will be passing by here anytime i go to Austin to get a sense of closeness to my Cuban culture "
