"Never thought of all places, Georgetown would have an amazing sushi restaurant. Came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The service was awesome and all the items we picked out came out in a beautiful display; on a boat! Everything tasted fresh and melted in your mouth. My friend had dropped money under the table without realizing it. As we walked out of the restaurant, the server ran after us to let us know there was money under the table. Complete honesty and trust with this place. With no doubt, highly recommend Ichiro for the amicable service and wonderful food."

"We went here for Valentine’s Day and had an AWFUL experience. Our reservations were for 5:00. We were seated quickly but that is the only good thing I can say. We ordered the Valentine’s special since it was the only option available. Our wine and every course took forever. After waiting almost a hour for our main course, the waitress sent the manager over. He explained they were backed up and would get our food soon. I received mine but my husband still waited 15 minutes for his. We didn’t receive our appetizers or main course at the same time. The manager acknowledged how bad service was but didn’t offer us anything. On top of that the food was just okay. We do not mind paying for good food and service however, this restaurant is overpriced and the food is overrated. It definitely wasn’t worth $300+ and over 3 hours of our time."

"This place is phenomenal! I attend a convocation at the hotel nearby once a year and I am always blown away by this restaurant. The service from the moment you walk in is too notch. The sushi...oh wow the sushi is spectacular. Any of the specialty rolls is great and the nigiri/sashimi is put together with the utmost precision. As you can tell, I highly recommend this place."
