"I went to buy a car battery. I bought AGM H5 Core Charge Car battery and paid $207.67 at check out. I came home, my neighbor helped me to jump start, and it did work, my car started. Next day, I drove back to Walmart to return the battery, but the auto center was already closed, and the regular customer center did not accept return. Following day, I went back to Walmart to return and presented receipt at auto center. They refused to return, because they claimed I hooked up the battery in my car, Which I never did. I did not open and check the cap while buying it because I was not too familiar with batteries. I requested them to arrange a discussion with a manager about the situation. Manager came in after 20 minutes. He did not want to listen to me. He was talking rudely. He did not show any professionalism or customer service. But after this incident, I felt cheated and betrayed. They questioned my integrity but did not accept their mistake to place a pre-used battery in their new battery shelf."

"Best Car Battery Anywhere. My truck Everstart MaXX brand battery is over 4 years and 9 months old. This was the third Walmart I had to visit to find the right Everstart MaXX battery I needed, they're is shortages everywhere. Everstart MaXX brand offers a 3 year free replacement warranty compared to regular Everlast brand free replacement warranty of 2 years. I was amazed that the cashier gave me $17 credit for my 5 year old Walmart battery, not counting my $20 core. Literally, Everstart Maxx battery was $50 to $80 cheaper than any other battery competitor around with the same 3 year free replacement warranty. The cashier lady was beyond sweet and helpful. Thanks."
