"Jose at this Taco Bell has the worst customer service attitude, and what's disappointing is that this person is in charge of the staff. Andre who was a team lead was very kind while Jose was no less than a jerk who has no clue about customer service. He shouldn't be in the service business if he doesn't know how to talk to customers. I hope Carlos the store GM provides some customer service training to his manager Jose. This store served me beef and chicken on a vegetarian item."

"Had to wait a little when I got there, they are very focused on the drive thru more than counter service. Being said the drive thru guy has time to come take me order and was very friendly and had great customer service. These guys deserve a raise."

"Can you please change the hours on google to match the correct store hours? The hours should state “9:00AM or whenever we feel like opening to 1:00 AM” I’ve been left sitting at the drive thru around 9:15-30 many times with no response from the workers, yet I can see them inside. I’ve been able to get breakfast here once but never again. It’s too inconsistent and frustrating. Afternoon takeout is pretty good though to be fair. Can’t wait for AI to replace the morning shift workers so I can get my beloved breakfast sausage Crunchwrap supreme."

"I ordered 48$ worth of food Took them a while to come to the counter but when they did they were nice Was missing my crunch wrap supreme strawberry twists and nacho fries I mean it’s only 8$ worth of food but when you get home after a long day….. it just sucks man They have gotten better. Before they would have like one person working and the doors were locked lol"
