Hardtails Bar and Grill

"Yesterday’s visit with a few friends will be The Last Time I will ever stop here! It’s really a shame how this business has gone down hill over the last few years. Five of us walk in together to get a beer at the bar, god forbid we just sit down outside like we use to, I mean the place is almost empty. Bartender tells us she will be right with us. She basically walks around the bar almost lost and finally asks me what I want. Simply 2 beers. My friend behind me steps up and bartender tells him she has to wait on another person across the bar that just walked in, as we have already been standing there and she walks away. Then she comes back to my friend and asks him what he wants to drink, simple 2 beers and a Dr Pepper. She hands him his beers and tells him she will be right back, now she has to take an order from a table across the restaurant and leaves him standing there. The rest of us are already drinking our drinks by now. 10 minutes later he makes it outside to drink his beer while we have already drank half of our beers. Just left him standing at the bar half way through giving him his order. We would have sit and drank more beers, perhaps a few shots, and even ate some food, but after the circus that went on trying to just get a beer we pulled our cards, paid cash and left. This has nothing to do with being short handed, this was just…….crazy! Where are the owners during all this? Why are they not trying to save this place? Never Never Never!!"

"The restaurant was clean, and had plenty of seating. The waitress saw me almost immediately after I sat down; I had to seat myself, because that’s the way they do it. Service was fast. The food was fresh and hot. Order was exactly as I requested. The food was very delicious. I had a chill cheese hamburger with jalapeños and it was perfect. I’ll definitely go back."

"The service was WAY better this time. Our bartender was attentive and engaging. Last time we were there, the floor wait staff ignored us for 15 minutes, so we moved to the bar only to have 3 different bartenders ignore us. It wasn't busy at all. I was so aggravated. It was much better this time around. All day happy hour is great as well!"

"I always enjoy my time here. A friend brought me once and I drive here every couple of months. There’s live music or karaoke, and always a friendly smiling crowd. Pretty great chicken wings and the prices are not outrageous. The staff is friendly. One time I was unofficially made an honorary member of an aviation club that was there for the night. I never got to reconnect but I’m hoping to one of these days. It was a fun group of men and women and a good memory for me."
