"Matt over charged me if after I informed him I had some discounts to be apply. This place does not try to save Firestone customers any money, Tonya was not better. While I was there waiting on my vehicle the manager Gerald speaks to customers very rudely and is very gouchy. I mean not patient's towards customers."

"We have had a few issues here and there with this location being mid at best but the most recent was the worst. We were preparing for a trip so we got our car looked at by this location. We didn’t have time to go back but I wish I did. Since leaving this location my car was worse than I brought it in. The air pressure alert does not turn off anymore as I have had the air in them checked several times. The brakes make a screech noise like they’re grinding. They failed to tighten a belt properly (a belt they put in and was not tightened properly to begin with.) I am now preparing to spend hundreds more to have my car fixed from the tune up they provided. If this location is any indication of the quality that firestone strives for then it is best to steer clear. It operates more as a scam mechanic to keep creating more problems so you spend more with them than actually trying to provide the service they are paid for."

"Hit the stupid median on Rayford today which put a bubble in my tire. Was going to go to discount tire but after their aggressive sale’s tactics on the phone and them trying to force me to by two tires, I had enough and decided to go here. My care is fairly new so my tires don’t have that many miles on them. I came in and Carl was fantastic! Not only was he able to get me the exact same tire as I had on there but he didn’t push for me to get two tires. He as quick, friendly and not pushy. Had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Thank you Carl! I will definitely be back in the future to give you my business!"

"The woman who greeted me as I entered the door was named Carly. She was incredibly kind, patient, informative and attentive. I noticed that same professionalism with everyone who came through the door during my 3 hour wait. (I didn't have an appointment and it was a busy Saturday afternoon, so I expected a wait time.) This was in Houston TX. I also had multiple encounters with Firestone in Knoxville TN. I've always had outstanding service from Firestone...a bit pricier than many, but still, very good treatment for their customers and very good service for my car."
