"It's Applebee's. It is what it is. If you want better, go somewhere better. I will say this isn't the worst Applebee's I've been to. And the bartender was fine. She should be somewhere else where she can make twice the money & be home well before midnight."

"ate here on a Saturday afternoon with a group of friends and James the manager took care of us personally the whole way though. He was polite and professional and pleasant and he did a great job handling our food and drink orders in a timely manner. He also handled the payments when we were ready to leave. It was a good experience in an age when finding good service is becoming increasingly difficult."

"Went to pick up a take-out order. There was one customer at the bar, and another family at a table. I told the woman behind the bar that I was there to pick up an order. The phone rang. It was a personal call, but she went ahead and took it. After about 10 minutes another came out of the kitchen. She seated another couple that had arrived while I was waiting, then she acknowledged me. I told her I was there to pick up an order. She went back to the kitchen, then came out with some drinks for the couple that she had seated, then disappeared in the kitchen. The woman behind the bar finally finished her phone call and went to take the couple's order. I finally left after waiting about 20 minutes. Apparently, if the employees don't see a potential for a tip, they haven't got any time for you. I went to Chili's next door and got excellent service there."

"Ended up going here only because we didn't feel like waiting 30 minutes to be seated at the Chili's next door. Boy are we glad we ate here. Jack (and his trainee Zack) took our orders and they were the nicest waiters we've had in quite some time. The burgers were cooked just as we requested, they came out in short order, the fries were hot/crispy and seasoned just right and everything tasted delicious. We'll have to make Applebee's a more regular stop in the future."
