"If I could give this place a negative 1,000, I would. No customer service nor training appears to have been taught to the kids that are employed there. It doesn't matter how "busy" you are, always acknowledge your customers. You do not ignore them. We waited for almost 5 minutes with no acknowledgement at all. Will not be back. To all reading this, do not waste your time here."
"Food has gone down hill for sure. Just ordered from here 3 orders of food and all of the fries were burnt all to hell n tasted disgusting. First time this happened but for spending over 30 I mean why give someone 3 orders of burnt fries? Definitely need to quality check before sending stuff out before you get someone sick, because either they are double cooked or been sitting under the water all day."
