"As a woman it feels so intimating going to mechanic shops because of our lack of knowledge in cars. I recently moved in cinco ranch and took my car to this place as it was walking distance. I hated every second of it, I tried explaining my car issues and was said “not sure what you trynna say” i found it rude and started getting nervous because I didn’t know what else to say, I obviously don’t know what’s going in with my cat thats why I brought it so you can check and tell me... The mechanic shop was eager to close at 3 i get it, it was freezing, however, I was told I would get a quote the next day for what my car needed, never happened. I don’t doubt they do a great job, customer service is just a -1 out of 10 :)"

"I was charged nearly $500 for a car diagnosis, but they could hardly provide any meaningful insight – just a single sentence on a piece of paper. To preface this, nothing was said when I walked into their office. I walked in, told them who I was, and they silently printed out a piece of paper with a 1 sentence diagnosis, and no other description of troubleshooting steps. When I asked for a more detailed report of their findings and the car's issues, their response was strangely hostile: Adam, the person at the front, weirdly and angrily stared at me in silence for 5 seconds before saying "Sure, I can do that." The other two people at the front desk were equally unfriendly. When I asked for an itemized list of necessary repairs instead of a flat price, one’s response was, "We're not going to do that," with the old man in the back shaking in anger, telling me they “spent too much time on it”, among other things. The old man seemed very hostile from the start and at one point was almost yelling at me, so much so that I had to take a step back and say “I’m not here to argue, I just want to see some actual troubleshooting steps on this diagnosis.” Adam promised a 30-minute wait to rewrite the report, but it dragged on much longer. I watched as he aimlessly wandered the office, clearly avoiding helping me. Before choosing this place, I phoned to confirm their ability to provide a thorough explanation of my car's issues and necessary repairs. If I had known they would offer a one-sentence diagnosis at a $500 cost, I would have never come here. Finally, when I received my car, it wouldn't start anymore, and I had to have it towed back. They returned it to me in a much worse condition. Whether they did this on purpose to be petty or they are just incompetent?…Your guess is as good as mine. If you enjoy weird and hostile energy, be my guest; you’ll love it here. It seems like they just want you to "pay and go" with minimal explanation and a complete absence of customer service."
