"i came here at 11:30 for my appointment for an oil change and didn’t see them working on my car until 2. such a waste of time. the mechanics just wander around, laugh amongst each other, and constantly walk in and out of the lobby. it’s been over 3 hours and they’re still not done with a oil change."

"One of the worst branches i have ever visited. I booked an appointment in order to finish early so when I went there, they treated me as a walk-in and my car was still parked outside Nobody touched it for like 30 min after check in and when so I asked them to start with my car it took them forever to change the tires nothing that nobody was in the line before me and the guys over there, They were just joking and laughing with each other. The guy that was doing my car was working for a couple of min and go hang out for like 20 minutes then he comes back. It was really ridiculous. I will never ever go there."

"I’m not sure what happened to this location, but the wait time just for a old change is ridiculous. The line is usually wrapped around the building with more than 1 hour wait just to get your car in, and not to mention you still have to wait on the vehicle to be serviced and it doesn’t look like the new gentleman in there are in a hurry to work. A lot of talking and hanging around. This use to be my go to place when the other guys were around they were efficient, fast, and communicated well. Time to find another place"

"I always get everything done here from car batteries to tire changes to simply getting windshield wipers replaced. Prices are reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable. The supervisor’s name is Tiffany is she is EXTREMELY nice and helpful. I’ve been here several times and she goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of properly every time."
