"Terrible customer Service. I bought a 2 wheeler and had a cotter pin missing. I went to check and half the 2 wheelers have missing cotter pins. A talk to a manager Akbar and he couldn't care less. He basically just walked away and dismissed my comments What he fails to realize is that a missing cotter pin is a huge liability and safety risk"

"I am very very disappointed with Service quality i have received from Blinds and Shades Installation department. we have an Arch window winch we would like Home Depot to install a blind for. They took $50+ for the man to come and take the measurement of the arch windows and others. The man came and measure every thing including the Arch windows. When we went to the store to start the selection processes, there were only the rectangular windows measurements and nothing about the arch windows. No one explain where the Arch measurement are. instead they said you have to pay $150+ for some one to come again and measure them as they needed a frame. No one told us about this in the first visit. so disappointed. but fine, i paid that, and a man came with frames and measure the Arch windows again and said tomorrow you will find the measurement in the store. two days later my wife went to the store and no one knows about the order or the measurement, they said you should go to the other store in S. Fry Rod. The other store have no idea about it too. We kind of lost for 2 days could not figure out why they took our money and made a measurement and Home Depot have no record. then we got a call 3 days later from the store saying we found your measurement and please come to select the fabric. waw.... good news final. My wife went today to the store to select the fabric, and to our disappointment again, they destroyed the farms and asked us if they would come again to redo the measurements and the frame. I mean what kind of service is this. Do you know how many times my wife have to drive to the store? how long she have to wait int he store for some one to just explain what happen. this is so bad."
