"Go elsewhere for service. Clearly the kid at desk does NOT want to work. Was told 2hrs for tire repair. Then asked for appointment and he was playing with the computer for 15 minutes with no response. So I left... 7/28/2023 @ 11:45"

"The garage mechanic was great but the lady at the desk refused to give me My ETA or even to talk to the mechanics to determine an ETA. Kept telling me I'd have to ask them even though they weren't available to ask. When I finally did talk to the mechanic he was great and took care of me."

"Had an oil change as I was going to be driving long distance. After driving 500 plus miles my maintenance light came on. It stated it was time for an oil change. Walmart crew never reset my mileage to zero after changing my oil."

"Some auto center employee that looks like he gets hit with a 2x4 in the face every week ( for clearly very good reason ) lazily greeted me after 5 minutes of walking about the service desk looking for people. I asked to test my battery for warranty replacement because voltage was low as indicated by my OBD tool... he vaguely pointed to his registrar and said: "My only warranty testing tool is this registrar, so you can bring the battery in we'll see if it failed". There no way his Point of Sale is telling him if my battery is faulty, they have a tool that tests it which he refused to do. Then he offered to install a new battery for me and charge me for it to THEN see if my battery was under warranty, I refused and agreed to bring the battery in if I could just borrow a 10mm socket to take the terminals off - he refused that too and pointed me inside the store to go buy tools. What an absolute trash of a representative. I went to a wallmart down the street, was greeted immediately, battery tested for free, swapped immediately and was on my way in 10-15 minutes. NEVER GO HERE! Go to the one on Kyhkandahl Rd"

"Took my vehicle in for 4 new tires. I was 2nd in line as I got there right after they opened. The technician said it would only take about an hour, so I took my 3 year old toddler to shop around the rest of the store (toy department) while we waited. After an hour and a half I went to check on it and they still weren't finished. By now my toddler was getting bored and tired which makes for a bad combination. We tried to kill some more time but ultimately went back and sat and waited in the auto area. Finally, after almost 2 and a half hours, they finished with my vehicle and we were able to check out and leave. 2.5 hours to change out 4 tires?? Not sure what they were doing back there, but it wasn't working on my vehicle!"
