"We planned a date night here and had heard good things about the restaurant, and it definitely outdid the expectations. The food was incredible. Every dish had multiple flavor profiles that were well planned and executed. We had the scallops, carnitas tacos, fried green tomatoes, and a Caesar salad. Each was fabulous on its own. The service was a little slow, but only because he was busy and he was super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back for another date night."

"A hidden gem in Georgetown. Hands down the best restaurant in this little town. The service is incredible, our server was great with his recommendations and really cared about the food and our experience. The restaurant itself is well designed and comfortable. Everything we have had, including the fried chicken, pork chops, and ceviche were all stellar. We’ve also tried many of the drinks here, which are well curated and prepared. The price is very reasonable as well. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed."

"The restaurant's interior exudes a modern and cheerful ambiance, thanks to its abundant large windows. The portions of food were notably ample and beautifully arranged. The affable and well-informed service team enhanced the flavor of our meals. We're definitely planning a return visit to relish their exceptional service once more."

"A group of four and our first visit to Alma, which was opened two months prior. Our first impression was very nice decor and friendly staff. We were immediately greeted and seated. The menu items are very unusual but arranged very well and easy to understand. Our server, Annika, was excellent. She was 100% knowledgeable on the menu items and how they were prepared by the chef. This took a lot of guess work out of the ordering process. We had a shareable Hells Eggs which were outstanding with the candied bacon topping. We also shared a sample (free on the house) of the Mexican Cornbread which was very tasty. For entree's I had the Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf. It was slightly infused with jalapeno. It was good. It was served on a bed of creamed corn and a side of Adult Mac n' Cheese. The Mac n" Cheese was incredible. My wife had the Marinated Nova Scotia Salmon which she enjoyed. Our couple had the Hickory Smoked Pork Chop which he described as the best pork chop he has eaten. His friend had the Wagyu Beef Brisket Tacos which she also devoured. Our group also shared the Ceviche Sample which is served on a bed of crushed ice, and the Southwestern Caesar Salad. It was unusual in its presentation and was shared by all four. This salad includes baked parmesan type crust and jalapeno polenta croutons which were great. In summary, we enjoyed each and every item that we tried. Our server was 100% "spot on". It was nice eating at a restuarant that exceeded our expectations. Often times I go away disappointed in our area restaurants but that was not the case with Alma. We will return soon."

"Five stars all the way! The service and food were excellent! Attended a “soft” opening and was blown away by this great addition to Georgetown, Texas upscale restaurants. Looking forward to more enjoyable meals at this fine establishment. Dress appropriately, and I definitely recommend making a reservation!"
